Refund policy

Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you are not 100% satisfied, we're here to help you exchange or return your products.

 

Please contact us at hello@pearlsandstone.co.uk to arrange returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings and hair accessories(including veils) for hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

  • Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels)

  • Earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.

  • Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only. 

 

REFUNDS
Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date of we receive the returned item(s). Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. 

EXCHANGES 
Subject to stock availability we will exchange and send eligible items within 10 days of receiving the returned item(s).  

FAULTY ITEMS 
In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty, please inform us immediately and send a clear image of the item with an explanation of the fault and your order number to hello@pearlsandstone.co.uk


It is advisable to send the item by Recorded Delivery for your own records. Once the item is received at PearlandStone we will e-mail within 5 working days of receipt.
